Mr. Frigon has over 40 years of experience. He is a nationally recognized wastewater treatment expert and co-author of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (USEPA) manual for wastewater treatment for small communities. He has extensive experience in developing metals removal wastewater treatment systems for industry and mining operations that use conventional chemistry, sulfide precipitation, filtration, micro-filtration, ultrafiltration, nano-filtration, reverse osmosis, and other processes.

Mr. Frigon has led the design, modification, and operation of many treatment facilities treating water contaminated by toxic organics and pesticides. His projects have included the design, renovation, and operation of treatment systems that reuse or recycle water or pre-treat for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NDPES) discharge. His experience includes the design, construction, and operation of systems to produce ultra-pure water for medical and electronics manufacture. Until recently, Mr. Frigon served as Co-Chair of the Advisory Board for Johns Hopkins University's part-time graduate program in Environmental Engineering and Science.

He received a B.A. in microbiology and has master’s level courses in microbiology and the biological sciences at the University of New Haven and Southern Connecticut State University.
